ANOTHER ONE OF GOD'S SPECIAL PLACES

We have all been blessed to have a special place in our lives. Mom's, unique house of yesteryear---Hugh's, beautiful field's and Tennessee hills--Merry's, Georgia mountains and cold stream --and Louis and I will always have the Thunder of the waterfalls always close to our hearts. Well, another place to behold was our overnight retreat last night. A lovely home with an incredible view of Center Hill Lake. What a treat. Last week end Hugh and I skied this lake, and I'm proud to say I thought I did rather good until Hugh got up on one ski like an old pro and skied all over the lake. Then to beat that he skied backwards. Wish I had had the camera. Maybe next time, If there is one. Old age is creeping in. God's creation never ceases to take my breathe away!

Some things money can't buy!

Sometimes you just need to tell about the simple things in life--The things Mastercard can't buy. My precious son, Rob, took time to help some people who didn't have a washing machine and did there laundry for them. Picked it up and brought it back clean and folded in a way only few can do. {Nana.Merry and Louis} Certainly made an impression on those poor, sweet people. I love that Boy!!!!!

This is our shinning star for today! Gaege Anderton is EIGHT years old today!!!! Big plans are for some of Gaege's friends to come for cook out and spend the night party. I'm sure his biggest present is that his Dad is HOME!!! I hear there were lights on and everybody up and waiting at 1 A.M. to welcome Dad back home. Have a great Birthday, Gaege. We will give you your birthday spanking when you come to JuJu's and LuLu's next week!!!!

BIG HAPPENINGS AT THE ANDERTON'S

07 Exciting week at the Anderton's House this week---Chad will be graduating and leaving from the school he has been attending for the last 3 months in Glenco, Georgia on Thursday. He will be driving 12 hours to return home in time for Gaege Boy's 8th Birthday on 7-7-07. This will be a great week in there lives and I'm sure Lisa is looking forward to having her man back home. Pray for travel mercies for Chad and a GREAT Birthday for Gaege. Kyle and Gaege will be coming to JuJu's and LuLu's on the 15th. It is a great month for all. Also. CONGRATULATIONS ARE IN ORDER FOR THE GREAT JOB CHAD DID IN SCHOOL. HE COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT LISA HOLDING DOWN HOME FRONT WHILE HE WAS AWAY. WE LOVE YOU!

Louis and I had a Patriotic Sunday. It was good to wave the flag and sing God Bless America. I was so proud of Louis as he joined all those who had served in our armed services on the stage. Happy 4th of July --Remember their are 2 people who have died for us. Jesus Christ and the US serviceman--Both to give us FREEDOM-Wave Old Glory!

My man of many hats. This week he is Vacation Bible School car parker and child defender. Here you see him practicing on patio. He takes what he does very seriously. I'm so proud of him!

The Birthdays

We celebrated Mom and Merry's Birthday, today. M and M, Gwen and Gwen, June and June, And now the only female family members in the over 60 club. We thank you,Terr and Kim, for a wonderful Party. What a great job Mom and Merry did introducing there guest. I know everyone had a great time. My table was great and we shared lots of memories. Kim and Kate, you need to go on the road or certainly a dinner theater together. All said, It was a great day! Love, Judy

After a hard, exciting game and overtime, Rob's team came in second place. Way to go Rob! They played a 9 o'clock and 12 o'clock game. Rob made a beautiful goal. The whole team is awesome and talented soccer players. Great guys. especially that handsome one in the middle.

THE GAME AND THE RUN

Quick note about today----Abby finished the half a marathon, which is 13.1 miles, in 2 hours 4 minutes and 52 seconds. Some 17 minutes faster than last year. WAY TO GO ABIGAIL!!!!! Rob made a beautiful goal at his 12 o'clock soccer game. WAY TO GO ROBERT!!! Will share pictures of these two events later.
