Putting Mom to work!

Momma thought she was coming to Springland for R&R.  Instead we put her to work canning tomatoes.  She was awesome and so was Lulu.  Sometimes a little work takes your mind off your pain.  So glad you enjoyed our canning day, Mom.  Let's try apples next time!  I love you!!

School Bell about to Ring !!!

After a very full summer, Abby is back in her classroom getting every detail done for her 4th year of teaching precious children.  This year will be first graders with unknown potential and possibilities.  Have a great year in your classroom, Abby!

Happy Birthday, Honey

Every day is a celebration when Louis is around!!  But, from now on we are counting our blessings and will forget about the numbers.  I thank God for this most genuine  and loving man. Thank you, Louis, for making every day Happy for all that know and love you, especially me!!

Engagement Kickoff

A wonderful kickoff for the next 5 months of wedding planning for Abby and Nate's wedding!  The groomsmen are such great quys and all claim that Nate is the best !  The Bridesmates are  wonderful and we have a terrific wedding planner.   So lets get these two married!    Mark your calendars for November 10, 2012!

Gaege

Gaege spent a week with his grandparents and among the things  he did was so sweet to me.  I went up to his room to find his arrangement of old books and copies of important American papers given to him by his Great, great uncle Kenneth!  He was busy setting up a scene that would make him feel like he was studying in the 18th century.  I love this boy and his love for history.  How good it was to have him here.

Merry is going to the Birthday Chair !

Lovie, Mimi, Mother, daughter, sister and friend--All these things Merry does so well.  I am so thankful to have all of these rolled up in on great sister in my life.  Happy Birthday, Sis!
