Citizen Natalie

On a perfectly beautiful day, September 25, 2008, our very on Natalie Patton received her United States of America, Citizenship. It was a proud moment for us all. 60 people, from over 40 countries stood proud and took the oath, I could not help to remember that we are all immigrants and how it must have felt when our ancesters come to America. It is still the greatest country on earth. We all need to help keep it that way. Natalie, is our gain, Ukraine loss.

Gracious Nana

Don't think we thought of every angle of the move to Mom's house.  What was going to be a few weeks is turning into a few months.  We are never here, so Allie has been in the care of Mom.  And because, Mom is Mom ,she is doing too many dinner meals for us.   We also have added our company to the list and very graciously she had four more house guest in addition to us.  Chad, Lisa, Kyle and Gaege came in for a quick overnight stay and we all got caught up on the in's and out's of the Anderton's.  We couldn't let them leave town with out taking their part of 31 years at Racquet Club.  Gaege and I took on the project of cleaning the little house which made for a wonderful memory.  The horse play from Uncle Rob was a challenge for Gaege.  Rob is pretty quick on his feet and still has youth on his side.  To top off the visit, Chad delighted his Mom with his special touch on the piano.  Thanks, Mom,for a lovely time back home.
