Abby is home

May 9th , Abby will be graduating form a long tenure as a college student.  Luckily, she accepted our offer to come back home while she is student teaching.  First night felt good to Mom.  I hope it felt good to her, too.  What a  gift to have a daughter!

Hugh Needs to go to the Birthday Chair!

A quiet celebration for my brother's birthday, tomorrow.  Next year will be the big blow out.  Still looking pretty handsome.  Must be Dad's good genes or could it be that beautiful blond that makes him look so debonair?  Happy Birthday, Hugh   Better start counting those pennies.

Rooms are filling up

Two  busy days of moving and finally Springland is taking shape.  It is looking old with history and Lou and I are very pleased.  The garage is completely  stacked HIGH with boxes and with much time and sorting we will finally finish our year long journey.

Leaving again

Louis and I shared another going away dinner for Rob last night.  He will be leaving for Thailand and Australia early Sunday morning, but has assured Abby he will return for her college graduation , May 9th.  Lesus Keoninh, #1 golfer in Murfreesboro. and hopes for being on PGA tour one day, was Rob's guest.  They both dream of the big time as Lesus turns into Tiger and Rob is his personnel Caddy.  Safe travels, Rob.  We will look forward to hearing about your adventures and seeing your photes with your new  wide lens camera.  We love you and will miss you.

Mom Recovering

We brought Mom to Springland to recoup after a stay in the hospital and as you can see in the pictures, it worked.  She looks better with each year that passes.  Louis and I hope she will be a big part of our new home.  She is a blessing to us, our family and our friends.

Rob's Birthday

Celebrating at the Germantown Cafe, in Nashville was a beautiful way to say Happy Birthday to Rob.  With the skyline of Nashville in the back ground and delicious food we all had a great evening.  Gaege thinks Rob is cool and got to spend his first sleepover with him to see how a bachelor lives.  Was he ever excited.
