A visit to mom's, found her enjoying her lovely new look in her bedroom.  Truly. she looks like a Queen in her new bed and sleeps like a baby.

Back yard football

Frying chicken and watching grandsons playing in backyard is a wonderful blessing.  These two sure make a grand ma happy.

Until we meet again

Gaege is headed back to Maryland and Juju is already missing him.  It's hard to give up honey in the morning, honey in the evening and honey at supper time.  Only Gaege and I understand what this means.

 

Lisa's Birthday

Lisa's birthday brought family together for a night of wonderful family fun with lots of love and laughter.  This kind of evening is few and  far between that all our families are together.  What a blessing!   Happy Birthday, Lisa!   We love you!

R and R

Louis and I spent Labor Day on the lake. Much needed get away until we watched our boat get away from us and we realized the wind is faster than our swimming. Oh well, they say you should have alittle excitement each day!

First Day Of School

Gaege starts 2nd grade this week at Fort Smallwood in Pasadena, MD. This little boy is growing up so fast. We are looking forward to hearing about all he is learning and doing. Have a great school year, Gaege
