First night in Memory House

Louis and I took time to set up the cabin with available furniture and a hand crafted bed, designed and built by LYG just for the occasion, and we spend our first night in the newly finished cabin. We kept a fire going all night and tried to stay warm. It was an adventure, but we will bring long handles next time. Don't call yet for reservations until we talk to Steve. He has two heaters that might solve the problem.

You live on love and it should also keep you warm. No sympathy
here.

I can hear the giggles. he he

Think about it...that cabin being built over 200 years ago, for its first family to start life in, many miles away from where it stands now. You and Louis brought it, had it torn down, moved it, log by log and rock by rock, and brought back to life for others to enjoy and marvel at what the hands of man (and woman!) can do. Wow, what a story to tell...I am so happy you are starting to get pleasure out of your hard work and efforts.
