Scenes from lunch after Graduation

More pictures of The Big Day

Fire Arms Award

Three awards where given and again, at 298.79 out of 300, sharp shooter, Chad Anderton, was best of class and possibly best in all SS training classes. Some of you will remember that little boy of 30 years ago sitting in same position with hands on knees and so proud of Christmas gift of leather chaps, fringe leather vest, fringe leather cowboy gloves and holster with guns. Couldn't help to reminisce and see how the Lord has given him his passion as a vocation. Certainly, a beautiful woman at his side makes him stand tall.

A Few Good Men

23 good men graduated from Rowley Training Center, Friday, to become a special force for protective detail of Presidents, dignitary, presidential candidates, and families of Presidents. We are so proud that one of theses good men was our on Chad Boy.

Going to see Chad, Lisa, Kyle and Gaege

Abby, Kyle and I took late flight to Baltimore, Thursday, to be apart of Chad's Graduation from SSSA. From other post on this Blog, it looks like our family only meet at airports. This might be true, but we don't want to miss the happenings of our family. This was a great occasion for Chad, Lisa, Kyle and Gaege.

Long awaited visit from Kyle

Great Sunday afternoon with Kyle. Under his new hat was this very handsome man! Growing like a weed, but for now, still enjoys hanging out at the piano with me. Also, under that hat is alot of talent.

Plans of Chad and Rob

Happy day for my men! Rob is closing his bags and will be off in 22 hours to Asia for a long extended journey to see the wonders of the world. Chad and family will be packing soon to come back to the place he was born, Memphis. Early morning phone call from Chad, looks like God has answered their prayer and SS is sending them to Tennessee. God is good.

Gutting's Footing

This does not look like much accomplished in our building project, but these footers are top dog footers. 5,000 pound mix, 16 inches deep and 2 feet wide, 95 yards of concrete and straw covering on top (done by Louis). The foundation is Louis's favorite part of building. He is definitly into a Firm foundation.

Off to far away Lands

My precious son, Rob is leaving Friday, Jan.25th, for a 6 month adventure to Asia.  Louis and I will miss him and all he's visits to stop in and say hello.  Not to mention he's taking care of Allie while we are away,  helping with all our many tech problems,  he's coupons for Louis and water from Sam's.  Especially, I will miss he's handsome face, humor and  company and he's willingness to help when needed.  Rob, have a great trip full of excitement and adventure.  We love you so very much and looking forward to July and putting the yellow ribbon around the oak tree.
