Today Gaege stayed two or three hours with me. I took him where
he wanted to go "McDonalds" for
a BIG kids meal an a romp in the play equipment. Then I said lets go
to the $ store for a minute. It began to rain hard then harder.
By the time we got into the $ Store
it was lightening and thundering
an awfully lot. I ran through the
rain and pulled up close to the door and got out to help him
and the packages in the car. I think he may have been a little afraid. As I began to pull off, he bowed his head and said I'm going
to pray. "Lord keep us safe, and stop this thundering and lightening. We do thank you for the
rain, help all the kids to not get
on drugs, keep us all safe. Nana,
Juju, Lulu, Bubba, Mama, Dad, Rob,
Abby, John, he called John's wifes
name,I forgot John's wife's name, keep Honey and Pops safe in heaven, and Popa with a hat. Amem
Then we proceded to motor on out of the parking lot.
All serious as could be, God bless
this child as he blesses us.
