Momma thought she was coming to Springland for R&R. Instead we put her to work canning tomatoes. She was awesome and so was Lulu. Sometimes a little work takes your mind off your pain. So glad you enjoyed our canning day, Mom. Let's try apples next time! I love you!!

We had a great day with the tomatoes., I believe she gives me more credit than I deserve, I did very little, but came home with lots of canned tomatoes. In case you don't know they make much better soups ets than canned one from the store.
I would love to do apples. However we can get good apples in cans at the store now. Could not when I was feeding a family.
Stay happy, Felly and think of us often.
I miss having family canning days. Wish I had been there! The payoff looks great!
